Mr. Kuan You Wai brings over 24 years of hands-on experience in concrete repair, waterproofing, and mold remediation, plus 15 years in non-destructive testing.
He is a certified HRDCorp trainer, Elite Fellow teaching Building Pathology at Universiti Malaya, appointed Inter-Floor Leakage instructor for the Tribunal for Homebuyer Claims and Strata Management and various Commissioners of Buildings, and a recognized speaker at BOB, CIDB, REHDA, and IEM.
He also serves as a building forensic expert and expert witness in Malaysian courts and tribunals, and writes regularly as an industry expert for iProperty Malaysia and other industry publications.
